Meet the Artist

Anthemion Art store is nestled in the heart of Oia, Santorini which is where it all started for me 23 years ago. Back then there was hardly anything around with no more than 10 tourists per week, a ghost town. Many things have changed since then over the years, as millions of tourist visit each year. The one thing that remains the same is Anthemion Art store. Vasiliki Savvani the artist and owner, has however maintained the high quality hand craftsmanship on her unique marionettes, masks and dolls, which over the years have become highly regarded worldwide.

Vasiliki focuses her creative energy on sourcing fabrics, trimmings and putting together her works of art over the winter months, so that is available in her store throughout the summer months to welcome all worldwide visitors and ensure their experience is as magical as her store.

We also have a unique range of both silver and gold Jewelry, by Greek designers in our store.
